5 Rounds with a Partner

Partner A: 15 KB Swings
Partner B: Mountain Climbers until Partner A finishes

Group Activity: Med Ball Chest Pass in Circles; Two Groups Race Against Each Other

Stair Running:

1 Floor, Rest 10 Sec
2 Floors, Rest 20 Sec
3 Floors, Rest 30 Sec
2 Floors, Finish

Partner Push-Ups/Sit-Ups 10 each x 4 Rounds


Training Session March 11, 2009

10 minute Warm-up

5 Rounds with a Partner

Partner A: 20 Pass-Through Lunges with KB
Partner B: Seated Med Ball Twisters (neutral spine)

Hop Up 1 flight of stairs (holding railings); Walk 1 flight
Repeat 10 times

Partner A: Medicine Ball Hand Climbers x 10
Partner B: Wall Sit

1/2 Turkish Get-up - 6 reps, 3 sets per side with 12lbs.

10 minute Warm-up

4 Rounds
20 Alternating Arm Kettlebell Swings
Sprint 20 yards

3 Circuits (1 minute "on"; 15 sec "off"; 1 minute between Circuits)

Skating Lunges
Alternating Tubing Rows
Jump Rope
Push-Ups on the Curb

25 Partner Medicine Ball Slams
Walking Lunges for Duration of Slams
