Partner A: 20 Pass-Through Lunges with KB
Partner B: Seated Med Ball Twisters (neutral spine)
Hop Up 1 flight of stairs (holding railings); Walk 1 flight
Repeat 10 times
Partner A: Medicine Ball Hand Climbers x 10
Partner B: Wall Sit
1/2 Turkish Get-up - 6 reps, 3 sets per side with 12lbs.
