Boot Camp FAQ's
A Fitness Boot Camp is NOT a military-style workout (i.e. no one will be barking at you or invading your personal space). Rather, a Fitness Boot Camp is an intensive training program designed to facilitate your body management goals (i.e. fat loss, stronger muscles and bones, and energy) in a relatively short time frame. Although you may do some push-ups, our goal is to empower all participants, beginners and advanced alike, by accomodating workouts to current abilities while concurrently challenging you to move beyond your comfort zone.
How often do we meet?
We meet once, twice or three times weekly for physical training (i.e. PT) as a unit, where you learn effective exercises and training strategies. Training sessions last approximately 45 to 50 minutes. You will also be responsible for completing workout and nutrition objectives the rest of the week and for reporting your results back to base.
Where do we meet?
Multiple locations are being planned for this winter.
Location #1:
Chester County Intermediate Unit - ESC in Downingtown
Boot Camp for all levels will meet at 415pm on Monday and Wednesday
Location #2:
Downingtown, PA (exact location to be determined)
Why does Boot Camp WORK?
The program is designed to help you overcome the major obstacles to a successful weight loss program…lack of knowledge, planning, and compliance, by providing you with the necessary direction, structure, and accountability to help you succeed. Moreover, Boot Camp helps you understand how to integrate effective exercise into your busy schedule.
Do I need to be FIT to join Bootcamp!
Although training is vigorous ALL activities are scalable to meet individual needs and fitness levels. You may do the same exercises as everyone else in the group; however, the amount and intensity are individually modified so that you progress at your own pace. No matter what your shape now…You CAN do it! You’ll compete only with yourself to improve each week and to achieve your personal goals.

Do I need to bring any equipment?
No need to own or bring equipment. We use Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Tubing and Bodyweight; all of which are provided for use during training.
How much does it cost?
The cost is $15 per session for once weekly, and $12 per session for twice weekly training. All fees must be paid by the first training session.
